Brian Hoar Victorious in First Ever Devil's Bowl ACT Spring Green

WEST HAVEN VT -- Brian Hoar of Williston VT was the winner of the first-ever Spring Green ACT Tour event held at Devil's Bowl Speedway. Due to poor weather the week before, it also served as the season opener for Vermont's Fastest Half Mile. The 111 lap event was completed with 14 cautions. Thirty-two cars started the main event after 40 cars attempted to qualify. Local racer Mike Bruno was unable to qualify after taking on damage during his heat race.

John Donahue of Graniteville VT finished in second followed by Claremont NH’s Todd Davis in third, Glen Luce from Turner, ME in fourth and Ben Ashline from Pittson, ME in fifth.

The 20 lap Renegade race was won by Bill Dupree, and the #36 of Russ Downing took the checkers in the Bomber Warrior division.
