Tech Bulletin 7/18/11

All changes are effective immediately, and all rule books have been updated (be sure to download the rule book and then REFRESH, otherwise you may see the old one and not the new one).

We are no longer allowing mirrors in any division, except for Pro Late Models. This applies to Bomber Warriors, Renegades and NASCAR Modifieds. We will no longer allow two-way radio communication in the NASCAR Modifieds. Two-way communication is still allowed in the Pro Late Model division, however, the rule must be followed as written, all frequencies must be registered with the pit steward effective immediately, one spotter only, and spotter must be located in designated area.

As discussed in pit meetings, the Bomber Warrior weight rule has been changed to 54% left side weight.
