Devil’s Bowl Speedway Hosting Open Forum Meeting on November 10

Discussion open to all asphalt and dirt competitors

FAIR HAVEN, Vt. – Devil’s Bowl Speedway will host an open forum discussion and meeting on the evening of Thursday, November 10 at 7:00 p.m. Participants from all divisions and all race tracks on both asphalt and dirt are invited and encouraged to take part in the discussion. The meeting will be held at American Legion Post #49 in Fair Haven, Vermont.

Devil’s Bowl Speedway recently completed its 50th season of stock car racing, with full schedules of NASCAR Whelen All-American Series-sanctioned racing on both its half-mile Asphalt Track and its 3/10-mile Dirt Track. Management is seeking input and opinions from all racers as preparations for the 2017 season begin.

Among the topics, the moderated meeting will discuss immediate and future plans for all divisions of racing on both surfaces, along with season schedules, event formats, race purses, promotions, and other items.

“We want to hear from our race teams,” Devil’s Bowl Speedway promoter Mike Bruno said. “We are always working to improve our program, and that starts with hearing the opinions and concerns of our supporters – good, bad, or otherwise. From Modifieds to Enduros, everyone is equal as far as we’re concerned and every voice matters to us.”

The meeting is scheduled to begin at 7:00 p.m. sharp and is expected to be completed by 9:00 p.m. The American Legion Post #49 is located at 72 South Main Street (Route 22A) in Fair Haven, Vermont.

Devil’s Bowl Speedway is located on Route 22A in West Haven, Vt., four miles north of Exit 2 off of U.S. Route 4 and just 20 minutes from Rutland, Vt.
